These terms govern the sale of ebooks, online courses and pastry kits through the Maureen Cake Mastery site.
Products are available in digital format (ebooks, online courses) and physical format (kits). Product images are for illustration only.
Prices are shown in euros, including tax. The applicable VAT rate is 5.5% for digital products, 20% for physical products shipped from France and 21% for Belgium.
Payment is made through the secure Stripe and PayPal platforms, or by card.
Ebooks are delivered immediately through a download link. Kits are delivered to the address provided within 7 to 11 working days.
Digital products (ebooks, online courses)
Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied in a non-tangible form where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and their express waiver of that right.
By ticking the box provided at checkout, the buyer expressly requests immediate access to their ebooks and acknowledges that they waive their right of withdrawal.
Physical products (kits)
Under applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, unless the products have been visibly used or are no longer in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
